All those congress ministers and YS jagan should be kept behind the bars for this scam.How come Jagan had 11 lakhs as assets in 2004,77 crores in 2009,360 crores in 2011.
He was questioned by CBI for 300 times. He was in judicial custody for 100 days. CBI investigated this case for 10 months.
All the 26 G.O.s are legal G.O.s. All the 26 G.O.s are regular G.O.s.
There is not one single illegality in any of the G.O.s There is not one single irregularity in any of the G.O.s.
All the investments made by investors in all the Jagan's companies are legal.
This many days investigations did not expose any illegality or any irregularity or any crime or any offense or any cheating.
CBI, at the instance of Congress, is been acting on YSR's family and harassing YSR's family that too in his absence...just to save the party which is on the ventilator in the state...

CBI is misusing its powers, using loopholes in the judiciary...harassing a reputed person who was a vice-chairman of media group....one can imagine fate of a normal citizen in this country.
Sincere Judges of SC should also look into these aspects...and address... 1)Loopholes in Judiciary 2)Misusing law agencies for their political benefits

Most worst thing in this investigation is that...CBI did not even question the ministers who issued these G.O.s...even after 10 months...even after SC questioning CBI....this shows gross misuse of powers...

hello.. geetha, ysr also in Congress. he looted the AP for his son jagan.he wants to loot some more, already he was richest MP in India, if he became CM he will become richest person in india.
when will be the arrest of FONIA and fakeGANTI family? Jagan would have been still LOOOOTING if he was with CONCURSEparty? Is CBI a party called CONGRESS BOYS PARTY?

when will CBI arrest the FIRSTlooters FONia and Family? or it is only a CONGRESS BOYS INSTITUTE? if JAGAN was holding the hands of CONCURSEparty he still will be LOOTING without IMPUNITY?
