why should union of india be co plaintiff

What is the issue exactly ? that bad content was published on facebook which hurt someones religious feelings ??
excuse me but indian govt. is not supposed to be taking sides with any religion.
the person only needs to tell facebook the content was bad and ask them to remove it
if repeated such attempts are happening his fellow mates can form a group which can monitor the contents and ask for their removal
are we saying that the govt. of India is responsible for action of every citizen in this country including criminals ??
