Management by crisis

This is an example of what management experts call "management by crisis". The centre has contributed its bit for the delay. Why cant the state govt appoint lawyers to move the bail petitions at its own cost instead of making them face legal redtape ?

why? if you keep on raising issue of federal structure almost in every legislation thinking govt is already in weak position, so lets make it worse. though being an international issue, centre can interfere, but won't this also impact federal relations. JINHA'S case is complete state law and order issue, so central govt shall never interfere. centre uses CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCES to deploy soldiers in naxal affected states who loses their life fighting maoists, isn't that also an interference in federal autonomy? can naveen patnaik answer it. we kill our soldiers fighting these naxals and you liberate them coz you just one MLA is in their captivity. is life of this one MLA more important than 76 CRPF soldiers died yesteryear. let two more people succumb to failure of state govt. AND those who create unnecessary noise in name of federalism, deserves this fate.

this blow has came at most appropriate time to naveen led odisha govt. now he shall understand that NCTC is not just about border risks but internal issues as well. i have read the reservations read by naveen and other CMs and i found them completely baseless. if federal structure is to be kept in mind of security issues then lets first amend IPC and CrPC provisions. both of these are perfect examples how a central law can be implemented with the autonomy of states kept intact by making LAW AND ORDER a state subject in SEVENTH SCHEDULE OF CONSTITUTION. CMs need to take example from this episode. otherwise, keep on facing such threats.

Exactly, I appreciated your ' Remark '! I didn't understood what was wrong to accept NCTC? Actually responsibility in such a situation fixes on Central Govt. Where there is harm to federal structure?
I think Central Govt. should impose the NCTC forcefully throughout Indian States without delay!!!
