BJP continued to hold its sway in Karnataka as its nominee Karadi Sanganna romped home with an impressive win by defeating Congress candidate Basavaraj Itnal by over 12,000 votes in the by-election held for Koppal Assembly seat. on 26th Sept. 2011. The BJP wrests the seat from JD(S). Janata Dal (Secular) Candidate Pradeep Gouda Patil finished a poor third.
CBI is under the PMO, the office of the Prime Minister and is a part of Delhi Police. It is not an independent body. So far, we have not seen any prosecutions of the politicians ( only some officers were sent to prisons) on high profile cases. Thus, people cannot have any confidence on the CBI.
"Untill this hearing, your lordship on each occasion and on looking into the status reports did not find anything wrong in our investigation,"
"The facts that a minister from coalition partner and the MP from the coalition partner and daughter of the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has been arrested show the independent character of CBI requiring the probe not to be monitored by any other,"
So far so good is more than enough.
Hence forth the leads are going to touch the so far untouched high quarters, kindly leave it to our whims and fancies.
We have to move on from these scams after indicting a few selected.
Why to become so technical, so legal, so just or so serious? Jaane bhi do yaaro!
Country knows how CBI has been failing in cases realted to high profiles like Sonia Gandhi and her families..We have seen how CBI failed in quttrrichi case, Purulia arms drop case, Babari masjid case etc..Sorry people of this country has no faith on CBI ..thanks for SC that CBI is forced to act..still it is looking for opprtuinties to safe big bosees like CHidambram, Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi -all three the key benefcairies of three G scams -Cash for vote, CWG and 2G...very soon the cow and calve will be in jail...
CBI said it has done fairly credible job. So what? We want more credible job. When lower courts prosecute someone, does it ends there? Are not lower courts judges do credible jobs?
CBI sheilding their corrupt masters, but how long? Supreme Court is the supreme, not CBI. Its time, SC should tell CBI to do their job as court decides.

That is what they are trying to avoid and IK, you have spoliled the whole game, Yaar.
CBI also have become a puppet of sonia firangi. And this is the reason CBI is also opposing a sepearate probe in 2G. This corrupt UPA govt. have looted the nation and the people of this nation. And the loot they got, sonia firangi have distributed ti to all the supoorters of scams, scandals and corruption in a ration as per the status and the part played by the agencies who supported this firangi for this loot. So, until 2014, we, the people of this will have to wait till the time next elections take place. And opposition can not do anything excpet to watch all this "TAMASHA". And we, the people of this nation shall be ready to witness more scams, scandals and corruption during the remaining period of this Corrupt UPA Govt.
