What a crap! GOI spends over 1000 crores every year for the pilgrimage, why is Abu waiting for alms? He could have easily requested the Haj funds by Haj committee. Is this movie sending a message we Hindus have to come up with more funds (more than 1000 crores).
When one of the best movies, GURU (Malayalam) sent for Oscar, it was not considered for an award. When a bull*shit film Slumdog Millionaire sent for it, it got many awards. It shows Oscar standard.

whats new? Oscar Awards were created by American for Americans by Americans. SDM was the worst movie and still got awards bcoz Americans wanted to show the slums of India to the world, bcoz Americans produced & directed that movie, thats all. There are so many good, worth watching movies made in India were NOT even considered bcoz Americans dont understand Indian culture and so Americans can't appreciate the talent of the actors from India.

Why are trying to take politics inside this. I am a hindu, but I wont give my vote to BJ P if they say they will build RAMA temple. And because of corruption, I wont even support congie, Now I support only ANNA HAZZARE. I think u are still in the dark age.
Dont even comment like this without seeing that movie.

Nothing new to know abt the attitude of hindus..like in past.. Cause we never united..we were selfish and think of our individual benefit. That is why Mogul screwed 200 yrs, followed by britishers...but result will be remaining same..

why do u compare caste and poor in same tool? Yes, Mogul and british looted India after knowing our weakness..but what I mean to say is after 60 years..where do we stand? This shows our weakness..we divide easily in the name of region, language, caste and so on..that need to be address.. or else nobody knows either we or our future children will ve similar fate..

My Dear Suresh,I am no supporter of BJP,but take a little look at what is Kerala Politics and you will run away from the Stink!!!Be it Congress,CPIM or IMUL!!!..Every party is divided.....and having factions..with a lot of infighting...someone even commented,Kerala, although is projected as a Secular state;the current cabinet ministers are predominantly from Religious backgrounds..and have won more on religious sentiments, thereby even elucidating comments like...Ministry or PALLI committee?(MOSQUE/CHURCH,committee) The reason why BJP is not strong here is there are no capable leaders in the state who could lead....as simple....issues though are many...Its best not look into this states politics and infighting as the current necessity is its development!!!

In North Indian villages people vote the party whoever gives 100 rupee more the day before the vote. In such conditions how the party can get more votes by supporting a south Indian movie.
