Ramesh basically people have failed to understand religion, see rediff post in thename of religion do you find anything but hatred, all religion have love and mercy in them but only one goes with the line of truth, there cant be 2 religion each claiming 2b true, which is the religion if truth require some reserach, as far as yr question is concer y buddhist, it doesnt gothis way when a diasseter have been decreed it doesnt see who they are, plus we as human being are less offencesive in bring natrual clamities cuttin juhgles flattening moountain what do u aspect out of it than cooly blame God is it right ?
The link on rediff front News page says 50 killed, while this article topic says 40 killed. does rediff not consider the worth of 10 people and declare them killed ?

Any one who has feel the shock can only say how terrific it was.Being a victim of this horrible tragedy,I can say that just God help me to survive.It was highly shocking, all the builings at Rambi got cracked , road damaged & the NH 31A has just now been cleared at 1 PM. Relief & rescue team is yet to reach most of this affected site.It was really devastating. Thanks God.

God helped you survive ?/ So did God happen to be upset with the people who were killed or injured?
Or may be your God could have stopped the earthquake.
It is just a natural calamity and has got nothing to do with God

It is tectonic plates moving closer to each other which builds a pressure. When it builds up to certain level, earth quake happens to release some of the pressure. It is not if some imaginary god sits there and decides when to do it. It just happens when the pressure builds up. And when it happens if you are near a structure which wasnt built to withstand that, you are doomed.
