nobody DARES to disturb them, in the hotel rooms:

- wining, drinking:
liquor got from MANY FAMOUS PLACES ON EARTH,

- dining, feasts:
are being got from ANY COUNTRY ON EARTH,

- actually underage-girls:
captured from DIFFERENT VILLAGES and also coming from COUNTRIES,

- CASH, millions of cash, coming EVERY NIGHT, being put in bags, suitcases, and stuffed INTO THE BACK SIDE OF THEIR BULLET_PROOF CARS AND SUV`s

A sad thing with Delhi is that the City is progressively water-logged, to make miserable the vehicular movements on the roads. The Delhi Administration must come out with a concrete plan, to ensure the rain water to properly drain, in order not to cause inconvenience to general public.

it's a common problem everywhere...our admins know only to work above the earth and not below...
