These forward caste so called merit walas have nothing to show for more than 5 decades of pampering - no worthwile achievement, no innovation, zilch. Time has come to replace this dubious merit with unmerit.

replacing dubious merit with unmerit is still disastrous and suicidal. Everyine should think/selfassess/change or clear doubt from experts of such a sensitive matter like self education and stand/role of oneself in the society in the current situation with kind consideration rather than dislike against someone.
Education as visibly seen in present context is - getting a degree with a pass or distinction percentage and then earning with a good pay in companies with the usage of latest technology, competition and an economic sense. But this is frontend as seen from outside. But at the backend, the candidate who becomes a graduate sees only limited view of the world w.r.t the frontend view, and equipped with the following qualites w.r.t backend - 1) Selfishness 2) Sober 3) Sadism 4) Lack of selfless and human qualities 5) Objectiveless and bad speech 6) Identity loss The education system objectives at the backend is tailored by politicians (with the help of lawyers) and (partly sadists) academicians and (partly shortsighted) professors such that the new generation should become intellectually weak and do not revolt, such that they can do scams and all nonsense that one imagines.
How is government concluding that if a dalit1 (who is even unable to get 2 time meals) scores 5 marks less than a dalit2 (who is well fed, roaming in SUV). Why dalit2 would get the benefit of reservation , is govt not forcing dalit1 to starve to death in this way ?
Raze these useless institutes to the ground. Start more engineering colleges that will produce engineers and technologists not wannabe HR managers and finance professionals.

So long as the corporate honcho-monchos have this fixation that only those who can solve 12th standard problems fast can sell their shares, the state of affairs will continue. Thank god, these technically unsound, much-hyped and conceited people leave the science and technology related fields alone.
