how come he raises questions half baked with no clarity.

He should get himself educated and be clear about what to ask clearly and not to make a fool of himself

prashant bhushan letter to rajya sabha
by shivram ganesan on Sep 14, 2011 02:01 PM

why cannot the rajya sabha secretariat study the whole issue before issuing such notice to the citizens of india. what mr prashant bhushan has written is what is happening inside te parliament and state assembly. they have virtually have come hand to hand and broken the national asset. in fact such members should be discharged from the parliament and assembly and damages to be recovered. they should not be paid any pension also. then only these people will understand the suffering of the normal citizens. in one of the state if one has served as cm they are entitled for a freee house for whole of thei8r life.

by sanjeev singla on Sep 14, 2011 01:54 PM

Prashant Bhushan has made an earnest attempt to bring some wisdom to the peple called MPs.The sensible will appreciate the details given by Bhushan . But others will again consder it a attack on their priveleges AS they think that bocomoing MP makes them the wisest of all.

Privelege Notice
by ARINDOM CHATTERJEE on Sep 14, 2011 01:54 PM

I fully agree with Mr. Bhusan's views. Expressing oneself against MP's cannot be curbed by Privelege notices. Does it also mean that MP's have the right to say whatever they feel like - recent examples being Manish Tiwari & Kapil Sibal on Anna Hazare. If we can be served Privelege Notices how should such MP's be punished ?
