Mr. Amar singh is a politician who created a lot of nuisance in the politics.It can be remembered that during no confidence motion in July 2008 , this person told in the various channels of TV that he will be arranging the votes from other parties. He declared that he had broken some of the members from BSP.But Mr. Shahid siddiqui of SP left the party and joined BSP. Any way in the larger interest of justice, Mr. Amar singh should not be granted bail.

Thats your opinion, however he should be given bail on health grounds. What's going on is all political juggle, his health is a seperate issue.

OK . He can be granted bail on health ground. But so far , it has not been established that he is much unwell. It seems that he playing some trick to get bail on health ground.
