Mr. Ahsan Jafri was no saint... he was staunch muslim, he was always trying to apread the muslim influence over the city, In Ahmedabad if you see after independence ... the old city are has been covered by muslim majority driving out hindus by confiscating the property /land of hindus at throw away prices, Mr. Jafri was instrumental in all these activities , if any muslim boy marries a hindu girl , he was awarded with a house , money to do businness, this facility was provided form overseas agencies and Mr. Jafri used to handle all these ... of course with the aid of kangress The way to drive out hindus from old city were horrible...muslims first purchase a house ina 'pol'(typical group of houses in ancient Ahmedabad, just like colony) at very high rate then, they start all sorts of nuisnace like eating non veg, throwing of dead anumals ... harassing young hindu girls ... trap them if they can and marry them...ofcourse with aid of kangress .... so the hindus fed up with all this start selling their property at throw away rpices..... anybody is free to check the facts ... I challenge anybody who can prove this wrong

people want modi to occupy the taxpayers' paid building of 10 janpath and be the pm, and want the current illegal occupant of 10 janpath in tihar. congressia want the current 10 janapth occupant to be in pm, and modi to be in tihar. who will win, congressia (assisted by evm) or the people?

when AB Vajpayee became PM in the name of "RAM RAJYA" i was also thinking that it will be really a boon for India if some one follows the path of RAMCHANDER giving justice to all and equally. but unfortunate enough, when the face of BJP's RAM RAJYA' was opened as in 'GUJARAT'i was totally shocked to see that the ladies, children and old and young ones were burnt alive and the state machinery couldn't save them. and all this was done in the name of RAM. how these people will face RAM after death in parlok. where RAM will definitely question them that you have done such type of atrocities in the name of "RAM & RAM RAJYA". zulm, atyachar & anarth. But still i have a total faith that RAM will definitely do jutice. Justice demands that all the culprits must be punished irrespective of any cast, creed and religion.

All water is the same whether it is in Ganga, Cauvery or Narmada or in the rains. Water is priceless, likewise hindu Gods are priceless!!
Both sides ;for and against, are too impatient as the final verdict has yet to come out.Present order of supreme court simmply says that SIT constituted and Gujarat courts are clean to hear the case and the aspersions cast are not correct.With this Gujarat courts are still in recognition to hear the case against Modi and others.It is still a long drawn out affair and we should have patience to hear the final verdict.

secularists argued that : a. gujarat judges are supporting modi, so move cases out of gujarat. b. SIT was supporting modi, so reject SIT report.
supreme court refused both these arguments.
What a victory for secularists !!!
Its time for Modi to move out of Gujarat to become the best Prime Minister of India !!!
At least in the short-term, the Congress' favourite whipping boy seems to have scored a victory in the battle. Let see who wins the war. At this juncture it may not be out of place to pray for the 3000 plus Sikhs massacred in Delhi on October 1984 by you know WHO? These folks are still awaiting justice. The Congress is possibly targeting Modi to cover up or even justify these murders of 3000 plus Sikhs in October 1984.

Read the Judgment. You are only reading the BJP hype. What they are essentially saying is that Modi has escaped immediate punishment.

Mr.NP Singh jee, Narendra Modi didn't escape immediate [or remote] punishment, but came out with true colour of Absolute VICTORY. The lower court will not proceed with such Congress led Con-coked stories against Modi. Then what lower will do?? Lower court will do nothing to upset Higher Court's Judgement. Simply, the Lower court will hear the grieving party's complaints with patience. after lapsing some time, the lower court will submit it's judgement, by telling that-" Sorry, there are not enough prime-face evidences in this case, to pursue further. That means-Narendra Modi is innocent, and no case against him [NM] sustainable. Therefore Modi wins the final round, and the Modi Beta no-ires have lost the case totally.
