Uniform Civil Code and electoral reforms where any MP or MLA is not eligible for more than 2 terms (apart from a maximum age-limit) should do the trick of removing votebank politics.

Never. It was theHindus who protectedJews from persecution in India by the mul1lahs!!! The problem started with MKGandu askingJews to sacrifice their lives toNazis rather than snatch Palestinian lands. To top it, JokerlalNegro rejecting Israeli statehood in 1948 in UN resolutions!!! Till 1994, until PVN stepped in, Israel was not even recognized by the Indian govt and only Palestine was hugged all the time!!! Thanks to PVN for that!!! Later, NDA boosted up the relations real quick. Now, its better.

IN short, the terrorism problem is a global problem having its roots in the basics of certain faith.And politicians in india having a major numbers of followers of that faith and being a democracy cannot afford to annoy them.
So India is facing a very complex problem whose solutions will require very bold actions.
The Home Ministry had even warned the Delhi police that the May 25 blasts could be a dry run for further attack at the high court.
When asked about this, the police officer said, "Yes, it is true and we were prepared for it. Following the May 25 blasts, we had sensitised parking lot attendants and other workers outside the high court to maintain vigil for any suspicious looking persons or objects under our Eyes and Ears scheme.
Delhi Police/intel agencies don't want to keep vigil, but the parking lot attendants should... hahaha what a pathetic situation.

who knows whether the intelligence was specific or general in nature.When there is no real actionable intelligence, police cannot do much.

India cannot be a strong nation unless we show real secularism and completely remove all religions from public affairs.But this will mean denying the native culture to be practised the way it is done now.

Secularism is only removing religious laws from the indian constipation (aka communal CONstitution) and NOT religious practises :-) Everyone is free to practise their religion but civil and criminal laws have to be only 1 i.e. implementing Uniform Civil Code (article 44).
