In 2001 he was given death sentence, now why there is so much delay to carry out the punishment. Its all our beaurocracy which makes the things worse and due to this political parties starts their politics, it might be work of Sikhs and might not, but delay need not be happened in case of death sentence it need to be cleared out in one or two years.

we will only have effective working of NIA, CBI, IB, ACB are all kept out of government control..... they should be independent reporting only to a council of SC judges.
Look at the plans and strategy they adopt to tackle aam admi like Anna Hazare and his team including citizens of this nation. They work over time to do these things.
Alas no plans and strategies to solve this terrorisim problem. Instead they adjourn the parliament and go home to enjoy.
any commoner who has misfortune of visiting Delhi high court will vouch for it that how very strongly fortified High court area is particularly in the area where blast occured with couple of dozens of policemen standing at hardly 6 yards away from blast point .It is height of police failure that in capital of India such a strongly fortified area is attacked by terrorists while police has no clues.It was not an isolated and remote inaccessible area devoid of road,communication infrastrcuture. Nehruvian rulers have assigned the only duty to police for SOLELY protecting VIP'S and torturing, witch hunting and framing false cases against the opposition NDA and corruption crusadres like Ramdev,Anna.Anna type of strong movement is needed to withdraw VIP protection and opposition witch hunting by Police if commoners really want also to be safe like VIP'S.WIth in a week TV shows will present Nehruvian media p*ppies like Vinod Mehta ,Outlook and Congress paid sting arm TEHLKA etc falsely accusing victims of blast as terrorists.Two days back I witnessed Arnab Goswami of Times Now along with Vinod Mehta and Tehlka Congi agent torturing,insulting and trying their best to paint "Cash for Votes" whistle blower BJP MP Argal also as culprit.Even police could have not grilled so insultingly a whistle blower MP like these three did.
