After an event, anyone can call and say I am HUJI and take responsibility.
It's more credible if someone had called 5 minutes ahead (only they could have known) of an event or if the HuJI caller gave some secret code that would make it clear it was a HuJi calling - lot of terrorist organizations actually follow both these approaches when they take responsibility. News media should let us know if these HuJI calls are credible and why.
