You are living in a well and be happy about. Aussies with just 3% population of India have achieved 100 times more than India in all sports, even cricket.
Online popularity contests mean nothing - 1 billion plus Indians have it easy. Even the Pakistanis and Bangadeshis whom you hate, do watch Hindi movies. If Amitabh was that big an actor, you wouldn't have seen him selling everything from Candy to Cars. Can you ever imagine Rajnikanth selling you a candy?

It is shameful but reality is that even delhi police was disarming sikhs in 1984 and was also involved in aiding and abetting mobs.
In certain areas where sikhs had kirpans they were able to beat back the mobs.
but in most areas sikhs were disarmed by delhi police which is why they were helpless.
