Unless Justice is Served...,
by JOHN BHATIA on Oct 20, 2011 02:58 AM

Unless Justice is served, there will not be end of communal riots in near future in India. Because, if the culprits are not punished, more criminals will breed and that what is going on for the last 60 years. Yes, punishment has been awarded to many but mostly to the minorities who has raised their voice against the riots. Even in Gujarat riots several hundreds young Muslims are still under POTA arrest but many known criminals are still free. It is too bad that majority has not shown their remorse or compassion towards the minorities but have demanded normalcy based on their power. Many thousands Muslims around Gujarat have been intimidated and threatened to forget the sufferings during the riots or they will be socially boycotted. The criminals who have not been punished have gained more courage to take law in their hands again and next time more fiercely. It is painful but TRUE.
