And there is a cabbage in Manipur called Sharmila who is on a fast for almost 10 years to repeal this Act BUT never went on a fast when armed hooligans and militants went on a rampage in Manipal!!!
Each and every social activist needs to be shot in their forehead in broad daylight, hung on a crane hook and displayed throughout the streets from where they are protesting!!!
When they are forced to carryout normal law and order duties in the States, they need special powers for doing that. Those who are crying foul about AFSPA should ensure that the need to deploy Armed Forces in the States do not arise.

YOU CAN DO IT Abolish it in assam and all that states like kASHMIR. BUT NOT IN P2RKI i.e muusie dominated states. There should be only one anti stone-pelting law. Fear psychosis is the official language of psslam.

why shud armed forces be deployed ? only when police with their soft approach cannot control the militants.
if you remove legal protection the army would not be able to fire a bullet till they get permission from superiors . how can you fight militants ?
let the militants lay down arms , army can go back to their baracks. if army required then the legal protection to them is required....or no one will shoot or defend the country .

Why the Armed Forces are in these place in the first instance? There are no ArmedForces petroling in any SouthIndianState.
