it is deplorable and totally unacceptable that the ips association acts like a political lobby group, trying to prevent the law from taking effect. a deplorable day in the law enforcement history of ips. what do they learn in their ips training when one of their own behaves against the law they are supposed to be upholding? hope ips training is not given by congressis.
