Public badly frustrated with the govtt. thousand years slavery mentality is going now.though 100% mind cant be changed of indians.something will remain in blood.now public demands basic service etc . just see the example.frustrated govtt servant and frustrated public.both frustrating each other rather than keeping each other happy.so much difference.playing "FRUSTOO FRUSTOO"
if anyone leaves snakes in govtt offices like this then no one will come to know who done this.this is really something new.slaps,snakes,protests.this is what is left in our country now.people is badly irritated.

well done hakkul...yeh sab govt servents jo din bhar office mein sotay rehtay hai aur jara sa kaam karney ke liye bribe mangtay hai..unke saath aisa hi karna chaihye....well done ..good job done
and a truly revolutionary Idea to wake up the Gov officials from their slumber..!!who r usually seen sitting wid their pot bellies.. sipping a cutting chai .. every 2 hrs.. and doing no work
