AUSTRALIAN URANIUM

It is time India stopped licking boots of Australiaq to get the Uranium. The MEA is shameless and keeps on wooing this not so friendly country. They should be ignored by a power like India

Instead of blindly following NPT regulations, if Australia thought this out, it would be much simpler... there is a reason why the US signed the nuclear deal with India; its because India has a clean record; as for the NPT nuclear weapon states; Wake up! India already has nukes! So do a lot of other states like Pakistan and Iran that actively engage in proliferation! The world needs a new treaty; not the NPT which is obsolete and does little besides boosting the ego of the 5 n-weapon states!

In name of Ethics they will do anything... these black suit wearing polticis are talking about ethics.. and look at them:
1.. Selling coals to China and India in terms of exports while playing poltiics about carbon tax at home.. Gillard idiot puts carbon tax but shoves off green house to other country in form of coal..
2... they are happy to sell China who is signatory of NPT all uranium they want which in turn sells indirectly to NKorea, pakistan, and Iran and other rougue country in name of civil nuke .... but we knmow where do those country get yellow cake and tech to do what htey are doing..
These Ausis are sold out people.. first Rudd cried about Americans not in Asia-Pac because of fear of china.. the same labor party turns the thing to get americans invite in perth but ensuring it gives sufficient explaination to china..
i wonder what these decmocracatic country have in common with otehr democractic country like india apart from cricket..
loosers....

Mojjo:

1. So you mean Australia does not use coal itself? :)
2. They are selling it to China. What China does with it is their business. For that matter, we can very well buy it from China if that suits us.

BTW, you forgot to mention the internal politics within India to label us loosers (read losers) too..

Our wicked polititians doesn't have faith in our own people. If our Govt. had Invested in R&D for alternative energy source 5 years back it would have yielded some results by now. There are lot of materials like Uranium in our country. One examples is THORIUM. Govt. is not willing to touch this subject succumbing to foriegn pressure. Ours is a great nation but currently filled with Cheap netas. They will face the heat when the time comes.
