r humans or what? Instead of being sympathetic they r troubling them more by booking cases. aleady they r handicapped, uneducated, living by begging bcoz govt does nothing. Im sure courts will take note of this and regulate further sevises Someone in delhi please help them.

I call these inhumans. They have no place in India. You could blame Delhi culture, but its so sad. I've met people from Bihar , UP and Delhi. The sadest fact is these people are arrogant and abusive and have no respect for others.
When a lady'd hand popped up for help from the rubble of a building devastated by the Lathur Earthquake the policeman, instead of helping her /pulling her out gladly removed the bangle which she was wearing and then put a big stone slab on her head so that she should not come up again by any chance. The military personal had to fire in the air to shoo away many looting policemen at that time. This is the condition of our police dept. in the 90's so imagine what could be the position now.
