here is the answer in two words: congressi rule so, here is my question: why do people ask funny questions, pretending they don't know the answer?

It has nothing to do with conrngress rule. It would not be any different in anyother party's rule. It is about how morally bankrupt this country is.
I dought how to treat them either man or women , so quandery for doctors who treat them , very difficult . And for me it is just becomming difficult that a short circuit can really blast three gas cylinders symultaniously. it seems to be a some what a sobotage preferably by state elements so that they can deny permission for team anna and baba ramdev when ever they try to again start their agitation in Delhi.

anything and everything make it against congress, you think this will bring them down. if so stop dreaming
it appears we will never learn. How many more stampedes we need to plan simple things well? In USA we are having a new construction for public and there are so many rules to be followed. Handicap access, emergency exits etc. Without these in place, you don't even get permit to use it. Of course in India lives re cheap and hence no one bothers ..except money of course. As long as everyone gets some money from babus to organizers no one cares for life. WE DESERVE THIS. We don't value ourselves, but we expect USA to respect Kalam etc. Why will they do that when we don't?

Flesh & carrion eating animals are better than these so called protectors of the law! Delhi cops are worse than vultures & hyenas! The Indian Police is the most corrupt, inefficient and brutal force! Ever been to a police station for passport verification or to file an FIR or as a witness in an accident case or a brawl or public disturbance? The situation with the poorer and less privileged sections of society is even more exploitative to say the least. Fixers, middlemen, political p1mps, agents, contractors, Landmafia, moneylenders and traders have exploited the poor in cahoots with the POLICE to the extreme! I abhor the violence, but relentless exploitation will lead to retaliatory violence by the dispossessed and poor against the Police too!
