Without reservations in Indian Courts, BC/SC/ST/Minority communities will NOT get justice.
Reject Forward caste hegemony and take your caste/community share of land from India as per Google "Communal Award" and build your own nation.

oh yeah, continue to ask for reservations for ever. When will this end and when will we have quotas based on economic need no matter what caste/religion/creed a person is?

There should be rules and regulations in delivering judgements

Any another post of rediff , I have read a news of fine of Rs. 100 crore to times now channel in a defamation case filed by reired judge of supreme court , shri P.B.Sawant.What is the basis of deciding so much high amount as fine to the channel just because of showing wrong photograph. What is the exact damage caused to justice Sawant when the channel showed his photograph wrongly instead of another high court judge. Wider question is whether the people started hating Justice P.B. Savant or any other serious incidence with Justice Savant after the broadcast of that news.

I see your point, vividly. If Narendra Modi were to sue a certain person for defaming him by calling him a "Merchant of Death", would the court order the respondent to pay Rs.100 crore?

Similar question should be asked about appointment of "Scientific Advisers" to the government, "Commissions" (e.g. National Commission on Farmers), and so on.

When slave Indians can blindly place their remote-control in the hands of an Alien, the issue stated in this news is no big crime at all.

Under Mayawati, there are no rules or regulations?

Have not seen or heard about her statues?
So statutes required.

Maya proclaimed her quick orders to influence centre. I hope that posts are sold for a price from top District Collector to bottom Police Constable.
