They say he is involved in the parliment attack but is there any evidence? why lawers are not available for Afazal Guru? it is one sided case so far
It's widely believed that the Congress is not hanging Afzal guru because of vote bank politics. Isn't there an assumption that the voting Muslims in India support Afzal guru? And it seems general believe without doubt that Muslims support him. Why isn't anyone challenging it?

muslims are not fools to vote in this manner. they also want common things lik food, shelter a good job etc

Has any Muslim organization other than Congress or BJP, said that he is a Muslim issue. Or made his freedom a demand in electoral politics.
He msy be an issue with Kashmiri groups and his death could be used politically like Maqbool Bhatt's hanging in late 80s was towards anti Indian propaganda, which is the only political consideration. Both Congress and BJP are needlessly putting Afzal guru at the doorstep of the larger Indian Muslim community, that resides outside Kashmir.
But no hanging will be a deterrent to terrorism if clean chits are provided to facilitators of state terrorism. The state should be seen to be just else the balance of justice will be demeaned and terror given a propaganda victory.
Why not just ask him under oath on Islam if he did it or not. If he says he did not do it, let him go free. If he says he did it, he should be put on the list to go next.

ghalat jawab. Quarn says fulfill your obligations/treaties even with non muslims. The chapter 48 is entirely dedicated to this.

U R right....he should be given another opportunity to enter the Parliament with 2 AK-47s, and a jacket loaded with highly explosive bombs. And also hopefully no BJP MPs R in the Parliament at that time. We like to see what Afzal does.....I bet he won't kill any NoProgress Party MPs for sure.
