It is all part of the "stealth" tactics, to hide the real place where it is built. They say it is Russia, but it is actually built elsewhere.

This ship will now be decorated with lights every 15th August and shown to public. All Navy personnel will eat chicken and drink Pepsi, the only thing they know better and enjoy. this will be the only use of the ship, of course also helps in burning fuel.

there was no need to build such frigate afterall. Hitler once said, "Army's job is to fight war". Man you can't keep a 20 lac armed force on standby and do nothing. Army is meant to fight war else its combative capabilities soon get eroded. An armyman who has crossed the age of 40 is just a bloody civilian. Soldiers and meant fight war & die. Victory never comes cheap.

Big deal, the presidnt of Congrss party is given that post by virtue of being a wife of dignitary. She would have become the PM had not Abdul kalam pointed dual citizenship laws, a good deed that he did by paying for by foregoing his second term.
