What about Kasab, why he is kept alive so far, who is interested, why so far Rs.30 crore spent on him, In Govt. eye, Rs.5 lacs is the maximum compensation paid to the person killed in any accident or firing etc.,(price of common man) Do we require such laws, who are benefitting anti nationals, corrupts and criminals.Scam holders are not punished rather roaming freely, their life should also be measure in money say Rs. 5 lac only.

That is because god appreciated the art. He appreciated the godess of kala(art). What can you do him. He is around 80 still living. Just think that godess blesses him with long live.
