I don't know what you mean. There are others who were involved with the nuclearisation of Pakistan. notable among them being Munir Ahmed Khan. however, from what i have read, it is Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan whose views are close to the jihadies views. He has already admitted to proliferation to iran, Syria, north korea. Others are not as much complicit in proliferation as he has been.

Intelligence does not mean he cannot be a jihadi. There are lot of intelligent people who think jihad is their duty and islamic bomb is the reply to America - israel - India trio. Intelligent people too get brainwashed for your information.

Raw should also target the porkistani's living in india aka Sonia Ganthi, Rahul Ganthi and Digvijay singh to start with
It is evident that islamic rule has made Hindu Psyche timid which even after 250 yrs of Islamic rule got terminated still persists and despite Marathas having smashed Moghuls white & blue in 1700 ad onwards!!The only recourse is Gujarat type attacks on Muslims which will give confidence & self esteem to Hindus to be replicated everywhere in India!!The only thind to be ensured now is that Hindu writ runs throughout India whether muslim majority Kashmir or NorthEast!!Hinsus word should be final throughout India and Hindus overall development should be the first priority - whether in social,economic,political spheres!!india is for mainly 4/5th majority - 1 Billion Hindus and their well being.Muslim welfare and other things come later!!
