Tamilians and Tamilnadu are extremely fortunate to have such a great statesman, leader of acumen and vision, care and concern to have donned the mantle of CMship of the state.
He was CM of the state for full 5 years from 2006 to 2011. No one is aware of or able to recall how many times he visited Delhi in these 5 years to:
a) Meet Soniaji, PM, FM or the Planning Commission Dy Chairman to prevail on them to increase the annual budget size of the state.
b) Meet the Industries Minister / FM to get clearances / approvals for any major industries in the state
c) Meet the Agriculture / Water Resources / Enviornment Minister to get clearances for any major irrigation or water supply projects in his state
d) Meet the Railway minister to get sanctions for new railway projects in his state
e) Meet the concerned central ministers to get approvals / sanctions / funds for various infrastructure projects in his state like housing, roads, new FCI godowns, hospitals, power projects etc.
f) Meet PM / Soniaji to discuss the problems of Srilankan Tamils
However, one is clearly able to remember the ONLY two occasions he visited Delhi:
1. Some months back, to prevail on Soniaji NOT to drop Raja from the cabinet or take action against him
2. Now, to meet his daughter in jail
Have you come across a more selfless leader, having only genuine care for the public in any other Indian state?

Sri.Vikadakavi, d. To attend CM's conferences on National security, and terrorism. etc.,. On all those days Muthamizh Viththakar Dr.Kalaignar Karunanidhi was busy watching the live shows of Nameetha gyrating, and that passed off as bharatanatyam!!!

this should not be allowed . . kani should be made to stand in the accused cell . . she is not binayak sen who has worked for the people. . she has squandered the wealth of this nation. . the only reason for everyones visit is that the money was distributed to everyone and only kani is jailed. . so they are convincing her , to hide the fact that she is a scapegoat . .
Even these 2 not in big as kanimozhi MP in terms of power both radia and barkha dutt not arrested because of some illegal connection with congress Top brasses escaping law easily as for nows only congress Media like NDTV,CNN behaving brokers try to make AIDMK-Congress alliance i really don't know how these Media so much anger against DMK is not only because of 2G there is something other than this....

both did not occupy public office like kani and they did not get the 2 g money . . karunas way of functioning like promoting all the members of the family in every sphere available including media and clinging to the post without self respect has tarnished his name .
