As his report was not taken serious note of by Congress because of the pressure from BJP's conducting all the MLAs to the President, Governor has no other way but to save his face telling that he acted according to constitution this that and every thing. He has no other clue except to admire Yeddy.

Stop appointing politicians as Governor of state and President of India posts. There are lot of educated/loyal/daring people like Abdul Kalam in our country to suit the above posts

During congress ruling no governor will act according our constitution. All are work as congress agents only. It is open secret.
