change leadership
by chandru on May 19, 2011 06:10 PM  | Hide replies

The previous issue was regarding the change of Leadership and on that issue the 11 MLA's from the BJP and 5 Independent MLA's were illegally disqualified by the Speaker. Now when the Supreme Court has said in its verdict that the disqualification is illegal, neither Speaker nor the CM has the right to sit in their seats. Owing Moral Responsibility they should have resigned from their respective seats and elected other Leader and Speaker. Bluntly sticking to their own stand and not respecting the Supreme Court's order is not correct. Non Karnataka citizen wants to remove the BJPs Government but a change in the Leadership will be a Wel come issue for the betterment of the future of the BJP. Instead acting in a deaf manner let Mr. Yeddyurappa and the so called BJP High Command (if exists) select a new Leader and rule the State of Karnataka for the full term.

Best options. Now BJP should introspect & replace speaker & CM immedietly. If not centre should impose president rule temporarily to rectify illegal govt rule from day of disqualification.
New govt can be formed later.I feel this the only way to see that state govt is run in accordence with the constitution. If not other political parties in the states may adopt the same strategy of disqulification of MLA ,when ever lost majority.

Dear Manmohanji,

Karnataka BJP is buying MLAs for 250 Crore each.

THey bought 17 MLAs from INC and JD(S).

Now they bought 11 MLAs.

Is this constitution ?

Please think twice......

If you allow them to run the Govt.....

India will be ruled by Tata, Ambani, Bill Gates, etc.

Please dismiss Karnataka Criminal Govt immediately at any cost.

Please don't write such things to Moneymoan Singh... :)

That might bring back bad memories to him from the N-vote and the recent 2G scam PAC spat out he tried to create... :)

How much vote share did BJP "lose" in those states they had previously dominated according to you? :)

Secondly, can you please let us know how many seats does BJP hold in Karnataka and Gujarat?
Does that show that people of Gujarat can not trust people who are supporting scamsters?

Awaiting your reply by return post... :)

The bottom line is
THE CONGI/COMMIES SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EVERY ELECTED BODY IN THE COUNTRY.

People should stop voting for them out of fear/free bees/ignorance. Then only people voting for them will be corrupt & criminals, can be easily identified.

;-)... And they'll kick Kaangress ass in Gujarat, Karnataka, MP, Chattisgarh, Himachal, Bihar, Jharkhand, UP and possibly even Delhi, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh etc. etc.. :)

Though it remains to be seen to what extent will SonyaG GandhiG and Moneymoan Singh stoop low and grovel for post-poll alliances with the same people they would have fought against in those states... After all, Kaangress feels that the SonyaG GandhiG family needs to rule India as it is their "baap,ki,jaagir"... so they'll somehow cobble together the majority by using their Swiss bank accounts effectively... :)

is an elected governmnent wherein huge public money has been spent in conducting of elections. The government is elected for democratic conducting of the functions of the state. It is unfortunate in Karnataka, since last three years, the immatured behaviour of JDS and Cogress is not allowing the democratic functionaries to concentrate on proper and effective governance of the state. Now, the recommendation of the Governor who is an eminent law professional is further destabilising/demoralising the democratic setup of the people of Karnataka. The constitutional function of the Governor is to save the democratically elected government and not political action like speaker. Dear Governor, Please allow the mandate of people live for full five years. The people are the best judges to take a decision on the perforamance of an elected government. If politics happens everywhere including Raj Bhavan, then it is for sure the percentage of voting will become much lower in the coming years. An educated is expected to act more responsibly.

Absolutely untrue. It is a misinformation created & spreaded by congi/commies & corrupt/criminal media.

They said Bihar can never be better, and now Nitish Kumar proved it otherwise. They said commies were progressive and got two of the most progressive states in 70's. And look what they have done to them. They said UP can not survive without congi, but it has been surviving.

People of India are smart enough to make appropriate decision as in case of Bihar & elsewhere. Why so much phobia of BJP? If some part of the nation has faith in that party let them do it, but they have not gained anything substantially lately. They have to depend on Nitish,Maya etc even if congi/commies are not the player. These congi/commies are creating the fear in average person's mind & fooling them to vote for them.

People who can not stand BJP, either stay away from voting or reluctantly vote for congi/commie, and end up with worse mess. Why can't they cultivate different leadership like Nitish Kumar/Maya/Jayalalita etc?

Well said. People of a half a dozen states have relegated Kaangress as the most untrustworthy.... The recent elections also show that Kaangress has been deemed untrustworthy by most voters, and unless they take the crutches of TMC, UDF, NCP etc., they would have been shown the door... :)
Why, even Jagan can give SonyaG GandhiG a run for her money at the drop of a hat!!
Good analysis!! :)
