The MLAs whose disqualification is set aside by the Supreme Court pledged their support to the CM.Loss of majority can be ascertained only by the floor test. When NTR government was dismissed without floor test, the Centre had to backtrack, restore the government that enjoyed the majority and remove the governor who made the wrong recommendation.Governor has to go strictly by the numbers, however fast the numbers may be changing. We have the precedence set by governor Dharma Vira in a similar situation.
