Heh, i have only been to Karnataka twice in my life. I have nothing to do with Yeddi or Karnataka. Why would I be a slave?
And my position is far less pathetic than you slaves who support 1.76 lakh plunder by congis, 40K crore CWG scam, Adarsh scam, S-band spectrum scam of 2L crore which would have gone thru if not caught by BJP and media.
So who is the slave? Your children, no matter how good or talented or deserving can never hope to be PM if he joins Congi. Or he has to boot lick like MMS. So do you not call it slavery?

highlight any one corruption case against yediyurappa, dont talk blindly, and dont blame bjp govt, bjp is performing exceptionally good all over karnataka
I just read that 2 muslim girls who went away with Hindu boys were lured back by their mothers to make peace. As soon as they came back, the mothers strengled them to death.
why media is silent ? Afraid of Muslims ? If a muslim takes away a non-muslim girl we all run to praise and support them as "LOVE HAS NO BARRIER "....and here innocent muslim girls who are citizens of India are butchered just becoz. communal vehemance, we keep quiet ? Hey Rajdeep,Roy, Dutt, Digvijay, Tiwari,....etc...you already made mega monies and now time to do some fair journalism.
I think muslim girls are given stern warning in each muslim family never to be close with non-muslims, esp. hindu or else they would meet this kind of "Islamic Justice ". Why powerful rich media of India is silent.
Their pompous condmening advice is only for hindus ?

In a way it is good that the dangerous destrutive genes of mulsims dont come mix into Hindu or Jain or Sikh or Christian lineage. Otherwise we will get a Sanjay dutt like mutant every now and then.

oh yeah , then take him t court.....he is a businessman and come up the hard way. not a congi crook with looted money.
cong bought opp MLAs in following states (yr) guj (1995) mah (2002) goa (2005) raj (2009) also in parliament in 1991 and 2008 split parties and pulled down central govts - 1979, 1991, 1996, 1997
whats the problem when other parties also do the same ?
Re: Re: horse trading culture was started by Congress
by n pramod on May 16, 2011 08:09 PM
how is it fair. people gave their mandate for a certain party and how can one person or few MLA's can ruin their verdict. BJP won 3 mla seats just 2 days ago. people are with CM and this crook bhardwaj wants to kill the govt. He is taking the role of arjun singh after his death..that is to lick the feet of gandhi family no matter what and all times.
HC HAS UPHELD THE SPEAKER RULING ....SO WAS HC WRONG ?
SC SAYS SPEAKER DID NOT GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO REBELS TO CLARIFY THEIR POSITION.
FACT : ENTIRE STATE KNEW THE REBELS HAD GIVEN IN WRITING TO GOV THEY ARE WITHDRAWING SUPPORT.
THEN SPEAKER ASKED THEM TO REPLY BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY TO NOTICE....AND BASED ON THAT HE DISQUALIFIED THEM.
HC UPHELD THE SPEAKER RULING.
SC WITH A MUSSIE AND CHRISTIAN BOTH KNOWN ANTI-BJP JUDGES DID NOT ACCEPT NEWSPAPAPER REPORT AND OTHER EVIDENCES AND THEN BLAMED SPEAKER FOR ACTING IN HASTE UNDER PRESSURE FROM GOV .
MOST NON-SENSICAL JUDGEMENT EVER.
DO U EVEN KNOW WHAT THE JUDGEMENT WAS ABOUT ?
IDIOTS WITH HALF BAKED KNOWLEDGE COME AND COMMENT HERE.
Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by Loan Shark on May 16, 2011 07:35 PM
disqualification of elected MLAs is wrong ... whether with explanation or without .... disqualification of elected MLAs is suppression of democracy
Re: Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by Amit on May 16, 2011 07:40 PM
ur a ignorant IDIOT...ANTI-DEFECTION GIVES SPEAKER RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY PARTY MEMBERS WHO FORM LESS THAN 1/3 IF THEY WITHDRAW SUPPORT MIDWAY.
ITS MEANT TO PROTECT DEMOCRACY AND PREVENT HORSETRADING.
IGNORANT IDIOTS LIKE U CAN COMMENT WITHOUT BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAWS..THAT THE TRAGEDY OF THE COUNTRY.
Re: Re: Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by Loan Shark on May 16, 2011 07:44 PM
you are wrong ... the speaker has no right to disqualify them ... the MLAs are not leaving the party just dont want to vote for the CM in the confidence vote ... they want a different CM from BJP ... that's not defection
Re: Re: Re: Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by sun vin on May 16, 2011 08:11 PM
hehehehe.....they want a different CM??? for that they don't need to hide in the camps of opposition, they didn't even come for a dialogue at that time.
Re: Re: Re: Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by Amit on May 16, 2011 07:49 PM
UR WRONG AGAIN- THEY WERE VOTING AGAINST THE GOVT AND ANTI-DEFECTION LAW APPLIES THAT'S WHY HC UPHELD THE RULING.
SC JUDGEMENT IS NOTHING BUT IRRESPONSIBLE TECHNICALITY.
BESIDES SC HAS NOT QUESTIONED SPEAKER RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY.
JUST THAt THE SPEAKER DID NOT GIVE THEM CHANCE TO CLARIFY....EVEN THIS IS FALSE.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: SC - WRONG JUDGEMENT
by vinay gowda on May 16, 2011 08:12 PM
@Amit. Please read 10 schedule part 1 of constitution.
" It says the mla is elligible for disqualification only if he resigns from the party on whose symbol he has elected or voluntarily gives up membership to the party on whose symbol he was selected"
Now please tell me. Which of these have happened? Neither of those conditions have met. But to save the govt constitution was understood in such a way and mla were disqualified.
Now, Any decision of the speaker is only subject to review and its not a appeal. HC was convinced that natural justice was observed. But that was when the 2 member panel had difference of opinion and transferred to the third member.
Now why Bhardwaj is irked?
Just because 1oth schedule was delibrately manipulated to save the govt, which he feels is a failure of const. machinery hnece 356 should be invoked

@ vinay gowda.
Anti defection law is a recent one and 10 schedule has to be considered as the way it is explained in anti defection law (which is created to protect and upheld democracy).
