Superman Jyoti Basu had ensured that West Bengal went to the dogs to ensure that he had his vote bank secure. It is amazing that the intellect of the state needed over 30 yrs to realise that they were being taken for a ride by implementing rules contrary to that of the CENTRE. Mamta's task is enormous if not impossible in rewinding 34 yrs of inefficiency. Workers of the world unite to render West Bengal more inefficient. Just imagine that for 34 yrs West bengal allowed the maid servant / driver / peon / labour to be the boss of the owner. No wonder it had to sink. The state of the sick / dead units in Bengal stand as stark evidence. T he resistance to rural development / IT / education is a massive hurdle for Mamta. Bureaucracy has to be overhauled & other progressive states should be emaluated for progress. But before everything else the remaining viruses of the left needs to be eliminated fully. As long as even minor traces of Karat & co has traces of their poison in WEST BENGAL Mamta has a challenging task. We r sure that Mamta willtake us through the light at the end of the tunnel. A thousand gun salutes but........... Now many Bangladeshis will try to get UID Numbers(Adhaar, India's national ID card) from Mamta ruled Bengal. UIDAI must be very careful in West Bengal now. Should be made mandatory to include the names of Applicant's father's siblings , their kids, mother's siblings and their kid's name also to be able to cross verify. UID or the Indian National ID card would give Indians the ability to open bank accounts, buy cell phones, and access welfare services easily, while saving companies and government agencies the expensive and time-consuming process of verifying and establishing identities. This will also form one of the basis for issue of passports. Bangladeshis will definitely try to exploit the lax attitude of authorities under this Bangladeshi loving Mamta Banerjee rule to obtain this ID which can pose a serious security and political threat to India and also affect the credibility of Indian passport.
can we expect MAMTA to come in the way of petrol hike by allowing marginal increase of Re. 1-2 in west bengal. I think west bengal will appreciate the gesture. Secondly, catch the centre by the tail to absorb the price hike by not burdening the common man. Whatever the price rise the centre should absorb it by means of subsidy rather than by trying to oblige the private sectors like Reliance.

Out of this 20 crores,may be 2 crores are real wealthy and 2 lacs are super rich having accounts in switzerland,cayman island,cooks island,etc.

Almost all of the top women in politics today in South East Asian countries (including India) are either political widows or political orphans (i.e. daughters of slain leaders) or wives/whatever of some heavyweight persons behind them. Mamta Banerjee is the ONLY WOMEN POLITICIAN with no such backing. She is a self made woman political leader who has struggled for 25 years by taking many physical deadly blows but never gave up. Educated men should realize it first before making derogatory comment regarding her.
