America's huge military and economic aid to Pakistan Government is a tacit approval and support to their covert activities. Short of this, anything US may have to say or do constitutes nothing but COSMETIC GESTURES.
India has been facing terror attacks for decades now. To focus only on 26-11 is misleading and counter-productive.
26-11 is a useful starting point to bring the state sponsorship of terror into books of law. US is facing a state-less terror of an Islamic kind, fundamentally different from what India faces.
For US decimation of the adversary may be the only option. For India the cessation of hostilities is the only priority, not subjugation of Pakistan. Infact, both nations are losing severely in terms of human toll, severe costs as well as in terms of opportunity costs for more rapid development.
9-11 has already led to two wars, and now the third one in Libya. The bringing into account of 26-11 shall have an impact of different kind, help re-establish the supremacy of rule of civil law.
India was no causal factor for 9-11, same can not be said of US in the context of state terrorism emanating from their ally. The civil state of US has now a chance to correct this serious error and redeem USA.

well to protect OWN people, I suppose you meant Indian. Apart from dealing with cross border culprit, which requires lot of courage, but there is something we can which doesnt require much courage but eequire little bit of honesty, Can we do something about Modi who is responsible for murders and rapes of our OWN people..

USA Politicians are a patriotic people true to their motherland. Whereas Indian Politicians are patronizing their voters and vote bank. Hence any one who is a non hindu will be able to survive due to the active vote bank politics. This is the only reason that our leadership is toothless.
