From Pakistan's perspective, no nuclear first use would be a suicide. Thats an open invitation to country like India that yes you can come in and bomb the sh1t out of us at any time. It suits for them to keep nuclear first strike option open for two reasons: 1) India will think twice of hot persuit 2) Pakistan does not have credible second strike capability if it is attacked in an overwhelming fashion. Hence their nuclear arsenal would be useless.
Therefore pakistan must and will use FIRST nuclear weapons to get superiority over enemy or to inflict heavy damage.

it is not required. you already created human bombs killing your people only. You are finished and India need not to strike because you are already under fire. "As you sow so shall you reap". understood!!
seen them in top-notch Chicago mall, jewelery store, club- these 2 daughters v.heavily.western: cannot imagine what culture is their b/g.
they spending much money there: put even rich pakis to shame. like e.g. paying $300-$500 for 1 simple, but branded T-shirt, by younger daughter in a elite-mall of chicago, and thinking nothing of it?
their father getting money from somewhere. how their family spending, seems looted money. so they got it thru looting. and losing it thru looting.also.
and how? by selling off their country. and like, selling off OBL etc to white ppl. what ppl, eating up their own.

but daughter, more like enjoying type person. hardly family type. bcoz mostly wants to travel in USA, to spend in USA malls, eat out all time, no work at all, and also clubbing late nites. also blowing away all DOLLARS of musharaf.
Everyone can talk like a hero during peace. During war even the toughest of heart and mind gets traumatized. This is with regard to ground battle let alone nuke strike. Maybe some people are not afraid of death but even if you survive life can be hell. India has enough might to take on any adversary head on but that doesn’t translate to direct invasion. Isreal has one the best military technology in the world still they couldn’t contain Hamas. Kayani seems to have made a vague statement as in Pakistan no one is able to make any sensible statement post Osama Bin Laden. But it could have some strategic implications. And India repeating Abbottabad might have unprecedented and serious consequences as our country is not at the same level as US.
this brave warrior when attached by USA could not move single hair of America after all the action now he talk about taking revenge against India instead of taking revenge against USA.It is all dollar without which Pakistan can not survive even for a day
If slapped on one cheek, show the other so that you get another slap. That has been India's foreign policy whether with Pakistan or with other countries including Bangladesh, sri Lanka and the US.
