Most of these scums are just witch hunting Jagan because if his personal charisma..they say he amassed billions..but the truth is if given an similar chance these scums will even steal Napthalene Balls from Public Toilets..

ysr gets 100% PUblic funds. Puts 50% in his own packet(ys jagan ,his sons ,daughters ,son-in-law) pass the remaining 50% to MLAS. MLAS 50%-put 25% in own packet. pass the 25 % to contractors and his leaders. contractors and leaders put 10%-12% in thier own packets. pass 15-13% to the people welfare schemes. When it is about to complete the tenure(when the next elections are near), they say insufficient funds and the welfare schemes cannot be continued.This is what JAGAN is also saying(people dont know that 50% of evry welfare scheme is sucked by him)
