Defination of "Clean" is different for normal citizens and politicians. If still electable, then the politician is clean, even if he is facing various charges. This is true for all parties, as the roll call of all houses of all states and centre, indicates. The real unclean are indian voters who vote based on their, caste, sub caste, language, biases.
