the PM was from BJP, the Dy PM was from BJP, the finance minister was from BJP ... and many others were from BJP
BJP formed the govt. just like cong forms the govt today under the UPA umbrella
why were 5 years not enough for BJP to make a move?
you know that BJP will never ever come with a full majority, so you can easily make promises ... promises you know will never have to be delivered ... LOL

i don't think it's about votebank dude....both states are nuclear...and if Pakistan goes to war...China will help it....right now...China is more powerful than US.
The best way is to mount international pressure and take the legal course. I don't think ANY Mus in right mind would support thugs like Dawood Ibrahim.
