Angivesh is right, but Mayawati due to her wicked engineering of Caste politics has over powered the total system, it may not suit to many people, but to that extent she has surpassed even Karunanidhi and others in her manageral capabilities. Our country rquires drastic political reforms to bar all such corrupts/criminals from contesting election, else face all odds of democracy.
