how much has the centre done for the seven sister states in the north east, common man's knowledge for anybody who has stayed in mizoram, manipur, nagaland or tripura.
Scenario one, why wouldn't the chief minister pay a courtesy visit to china, while the chinese facilitate such a visit by jamming our radars for some minutes or if the visit has happened even on friendlier terms.
Scenario two, what if terorists have taken him hostage, courtesy the chinese help and there are already back room negotitions happening which the common man in india never comes to know.
Best scenario, let us wait patiently wait for Mr. Julian Assange and he will come out with these details in about an year.
