He was jailed for perjury and spent time in jail.He knows that had he been in India he could have stated that "I have full faith in judiciary " which for the rich and powerful means never going to jail. No wonder he likes India.
But it is not true that he makes money from India. He has always criticised for the lack of royalty from India. He has said that in India copyright means right to copy.
