Lagadapati bought 108 acres of land at Manikonda in Hyderabad from government of AP to develop an IT SEZ. Once the government allotted him the land, he has limited the IT SEZ, to less than 1/4th of the total land and converted this land into a real-estate venture named Lanco Hills. Estimated at Rs. 7,200 Crores,
• Cheated AP Public to the tune of 1000 Crores through Lanco Kondapalli Power
• Involved in illegal Hawala transfers. Lanco MD arrested recently with Hawala money
• Involved in a mega insurance scam running into several Crores.
Insurance Fraud: Lanco Infratech is under probe for reworking insurance deals to claim crores of rupees as reimbursement from state government corporations.
• Siphoned 1.53 Crores fraudulently from Basara IIT project and also from TTD Vedic University project.
• Lanco is involved in litigations with almost all the state governments where it has projects.
• Filed false affidavit regarding number of children during election
• He declared assets worth Rs 299 Crores in the recent election leaving behind Ex chief ministers Chandra Babu Naidu and Late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
Am not supporter of separate state for a same lingual region ..as it will set an example for many other states to go with this success..but the way ppl in Telegana region oppose andhra ..it needs to be looked seriously...it looks like there is major problem with ppl in andhra ..this is the reason why telegana ppl hate to be part of andhra(see ppl giving life for it)..like india and pak separation...

If you are Tamilian, answer one simple question. WHY TAMILIANS HATE ANDHRAS (NOT PEOPLE FROM AP BUT ONLY ANDHRAS) EVEN AFTER 60 YEARS AFTER SEPARATION? WHAT DID ANDHRAS DO SO MUCH DAMAGE TO TAMILIANS? Why Andhras in the first place demanded separate Andhra? Did Madrasis loot Krishna or Godavari Waters from Andhra? Did Madrasis occupy any jobs which were meant for Andhras, as per any Gentlemen's agreement, during formation? Did Madrasis resort to any Scams in Andhra Region by betraying Andhra farmers etc. All Scams in AP were orchestrated only by Andhras. HYD/ Telangana was not a State of criminals & corrupt people like Andhras. CAN YOU GIVE ONE REASON WHY ANDHRAS WANTED SEPARATE STATE & WHY THEY OPPOSE SEPARATE TELANGANA NOW? NO ONE CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

What if I am not Ashwin? Does it change the situation or make any difference? What if you are not Ram Anne? You should note that IIT trend was started by true academician Ramaiah & no Andhra fellow. If any Andhra fellow had the reputation of turning out more than 90% IIT seats, he would have minted more than 2G Scam fellows. Mind you your great Rattaiah is just a 3rtd C lass fellow who could not even get seat in South & studied in 3rd grade college in Agra. That is the standard of Andhra fellows. They can only get jobs thru fake certificates & their life itself is fake. Ask any IT Company & they will confirm& they have no bias. Even genuine Telangana students are getting bad name because of cheats from Andhra. Why cant you Andhras go & live in your Region instead of living in a place where you are hated. Its because you fellows can not live in your without cheating others. If Telangana is separated you will have no golden place to cheat. You will see that Telangana people will nogo to Vijayawada even ton spit if Telangana is formed.Your Andhra Matric standard is so great that 8th Class failed students from Telangana used go for Andhra Matric & pass in Ist Class. My several Muslim friends passed AM. We used to go to Vijayawada for only such things. You can make some outsiders believe that Andhra region is great but not someone who is well aware of the facts. IF ppl giving life ..sure this is serious issue..why ppl in andhra region is mum when ppl r giving their life in other side of same state...even in US ppl could not tolerate andhrites(all indians killed are andhrites)..how cud this ppl :(

so now actual telangana population in 10 districts can be counted as 3.5 crores minus almost more than 1.5 crore population of seemandhrites plus muslims plus marathis, kannadigas, bengalis, oriyas, tamilians, parsis, africans, australians, russians etc etc = roughly 2 crores. Out of those 2 crores about 50 to 60 lakhs of telanganites reside in and around hyderabad, who oppose telangana. So 2 crores minus 60 lakhs = 1, 40, 00, 000 is the only population which is original telangana population, demanding telangana. total population of 8.5 crores minus 1.4 crores = a whopping 7.1 crores against telangala. Time for madam sonia, chidambaram, kcr, kodandreddy to take into consideration this fact and stop fooling ap with their dramas
SKC is a neutral commitee??? the commitee which discussed in deep about the seemandhra investments that might be lost in telangana region(pathetic),but not a single phrase about 600 students commiting suicide for telangana!!..i pity our seemandhra "intellects"...

Not only SKC report, any neutral committee will give same report. There are no reasons to divide the state How can any report or committee will support? SKC report brought out very good points and it will do good for state.

Don't know how much damage can right-wing people, jihadi people and maoists could have done to our polity.
But Govt. has already done great damage by hiding this report (chapter 8)
The SKC committee, our so called intelligent people of the country are advising Govt. to curb the people movement by deploying more forces and "managing" the media. This is the biggest treat to the democratic polity in India. This is exactly the reason so much resentment in allover India today, because people know Govt. is not sincere to address their issues but instead resorts to "undemocratic" means of hushing the issues.
If SKC knows that Right-Wing and Jihadi and Maoists are the problem, why not advise Govt. of how to address the problems in Democratic ways? Why mix up Telangana issue with them and punish the 4 crore Telangana people?
If the intelligent people (SKC committee) have this kind of attitude? I don't see much bright future for the country.

@AIRinger:Yes it is true democracy in danger today.the following are the reasons for it 1.The Telanganas destroying the historical statues at TankBund 2.Inspite of equal development in Telangana,people have become greedy and started illeagly attaining telangana by means of destroying public property,pelting stones at buses,imposing frequent bandhs,commiting intentional suicides in the name of Telangana formation,etc.. By asking for telangana,the telanganites are misusing the demorcracy and trying to break the integrity on Indian Constitution. Since SKC judgement was not in favour of telangana,it does not mean that democracy is in danger and foolish to say that if SKC report favoured telangana,democracy is well good in India. The SKC infact was right in stating the views. so what do u expect from SKC report? To support telangana and break india into several pieces only for just telangana formation? Well iam asking you,what were the telangana acheivments in all these 50/60 yrs.only useless agitations,stealing the hard work done my some one else. Telangana is only 4 crore people,whereas seeandhra is more that 6 crore people? so what? Attitude? where does it comes from? What is your attitude? destroying buses? imposing 48 hrs bandhs? Btw, census department too had taken bribed from Lagadapati and said T's are only 3 crore and that too many T districts are ahead in development. Why is every one taking bribes and talking against the Talibans ???!!!!
