Hmmm

I always believed Bohras were progressive and liberal. Didn't know they were so orthodox. Of course, when the ruling elite's aka maulana's throne is in danger, he will send in his hordes to deal with the "problem", in this case, a fiesty woman standing up for her right to a dignified livelihood.
Kudos to you, Lady.. may you inspire other oppressed women to stand up for their rights for this land has a law and it thankfully is not governed by religious dogma. Had this been a M country following Sharia, chances of you getting justice for speaking out against the head of a community would have made you fair game for some blood thirsty lunatic.

Priest who get their position based on birth....
by Kumar on Mar 24, 2011 03:33 AM  | Hide replies

Priest who get their position based on birth are a parasite to the society as well as the religion they represent. Hindus can confirm this since we have had crooks under the guise of religious priests for a millena. The result is the death of Sanskrit language and the slavery of Hindus. Kick the good for nothing, lazy priests and your society will move forward, just look at Western Eurpose and the protestant contries that denied the Pope's authority and prospered.

Manubadi thugs need to return back to their original homeland of Arabia and leave the Bahujans alone.

So why don't the M masses protest?
The H religious leaders have been reduced to nothingness now. Why can't M's do the same? Why do they let their local leader call all the shots? Why do they accept every lie of his as the universal truth spoken as if by G0d himself?
Why this abject surrender? Why?
Reason why most religious sects banish people who question them is that they do not have answers to those questions. All religious leaders are a bunch of insecure, power hungry mongrels who deserve to be treated with disdain.

Ms. Zehra Cyclewala, I salute you! It is time that religious leaders throughout the world, who falsely interpret their religions, are removed from their posts and taken to task. May God Bless and Help you!

The employees like her were asked to resign from the bank and when she refused other Bohra shareholders and Bohra directors went after her? What were these Bohras doing still running the bank and why were they not asked to separate from the bank?
