At present one is not sure what the truth is. But the question is why would Sadiq Batcha commit suicide now? He knew how the system works in our country and how slow the legal process is.Even if convicted,he would not have been hanged. After serving the sentence,with millions of dollars stacked abroad,he could have led a comfortable life.He knew that behind Raja there were other big people.Who are they? The big people will not allow Raja to have all the loot.Everyone wants their cut.Now CBI will definately cover up Batcha death and declare it as suicide. Just as Quottrochi ran away with the loot,this case will also go cold now.Hope the Supreme Court doesn't allow this to happen.
the entire telecom business in India is a corruption whorehouse. they bribe ministers to frame anti-user policies, and this loot runs into thousands of crores. its not difficult for them to eliminate one person. a story from a movie... 1. a minister gets arrested for bribery 2. his key aide is questioned 3. key aide is dead within days of questioning 4. police say its suicide 5. the minister's party controls the police
sounds like a familiar story from a bollywood movie..the next line would be, that the aide was murdered to save the minister, the family which controls the state and their 'allies in delhi', it doesn't get bigger than this

God gave instant punishment asking him to kill self. Great news. Hope Raja follows suit and takes Kanimozhi with him.

Indian Judiciary will not...may be CBI will have to either cause so much trouble by summoning so that they commit suicide or maybe the DMK should never again be elected by people so these people are drained of their black money swindled and are kill themself in desperation for lack of Power.
