The top people are corrupt and they use middle men like batcha, this people for earning fast money helps this elitist corrupt politicians and when it gets to hot they out of fear, shame, threat etc. die. The tragedy is the top elitist corrupt politicians they always get scot free it is this less corrupt who face the gallows. In the end will Mr. Raja go to jail is the big question, also will all his A to Wealth be seized by Government
