in our country there is no witness protection program..at all.. this is the pre independence laws that have not been changed yet..

Thanks for your info manoj. Then it is important to have laws to protect witness. But who will raise this issue?. Let us hope some good journalist raise this issue.

Also CBI has a history of botching up investigations, the bofors and Q case, Aarushi murder case etc. etc. It takes order from its political masters anyways..The supreme court should issue orders for karunanidh's arrest immediately..I hope the court is watching the developments..

There is really no doubt at all. The real beneficiaries of the 2G spectrum scandal are ofcourse Karunanidhi, his wives, sons, daughter, other family members, his Central and State ministers, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, their other family members and ministers. This is a might force and Batcha had all these details. Obviously he had to be silenced. the next in line is A.Raja himself. Subramaniam Swamy and long before warned that the lives of Raja and his aides were in danger as the Karunanidhi and Sonia together would want to silence them to hide their role in the scandal.

A Sikh is on paper the PM but a Catholic Lady runs a Hindu Majority Country....a Comminist and Hindu-hater (Karunanidhi) and a Christian Dalit (Raja) along with couple of Momammedan goons (Balwa and Sadiq Batcha) loot our country..what are Hindus doing in Hindustan? Watching Salman and SRK movies while thier population is murdered, raped and maimed in neighboring Pakistan and Bangadesh? Shame on Hindus.
