Even if its just because of their back being against the wall the left seems to have taken some preogressive step by throwing out many of current incumbents.. it will be a good thing to dent the precedence rule & see fresh blood come in... and hopefully these new people should not have criminal record.. and going by this hopefully TMC & kangress (I doubt they have any clean people) might also put in some effort in this direction
do not even give congress 1 seat. who can gurantee that Mamata will win all seats against leftist, neither does Mamata do seat sharing with congress in each and every state, thus THIS PUTS congress in a very dominating position against smaller parties.
take help of secular parties such as NCP, JD(U), SP, etc. nobody is saint. If you need opposite of secular then consider Shiv sena, AIDMK, etc.
focus on local people resentments who suffered during leftist support of congress and focus less on cyber criminals like sabeer bhatia,
Pranab, you are the most senior leader from west bengal congress. you are only the man who can understand and solve the seat shareing issue with TMC.A few leaders from west bengal congress are telling and rightly telling seat adjustment with Mamata must be done with great prestige and honour. Pranab, I am afraid I cant understand their plea. May be I am a fool cant understan the great honour of congress party who are supposed to be oldest political party, almost 125 years, of India. But Praanab do you think Congress was having the so called prestige and honour since 35 years under the rulling of CPM in West Bengal. I am afraid to tell a big NO. Pranab you must recall after death of INDIRA GANDHI and RAJEEB GANDHI when all over India there was a storm of voting in favour of Congress , in West Begal Congress could not able to dent in CPM vote bank and Congress got very much less seat both in assembly and paliament election in West Bengal. Pranab You must accept this is the 1st time MAMATA has changed the situation of West Bengal and 1st time people of West Bengal are thinking that CPM can be defeated . Pranab 2 years before people of West Bengal could even dream there may be any other goverment in Bengal except CPM. Now there are chanches TMC & Congress can form a goverment in Bengal 1 st time after 34 yrs. Pranab , like previous 34 years, forget about prestige and join hand with MAMATA and fight together in assembly election and form the goverment and save

Nowadays it a daily news on the troubles of Seat sharing and rightly so, considering the size of the Seat and the Politicians.Hence to avoid this knotty problem of Seat-Sharing the political parties should go for Bed or Cot sharing to fix the problem Quickly.
