If half chaddi wallas show regret for the demolition than Advani's regret has some meaning. Otherwise its a crocodile's tears.
The Babri Masjid, was to the BJP, what poverty is to the likes of Congress & DMK, a cow to be milked for votes, till eternity. Note, Congress DOES not make the investments required to eradicate poverty, it puts money to alleiviate poverty, so the poor get sufficient relief to vote for them in the elections.
Similarly, BJP hoped, that the Masjid will NEVER get demolished, nor the Temple ever built, but they will go on milking the issue till eternity to get votes from at least some sections of Hindus. This is also reflected in their efforts or lack thereof to build the temple after they came to power, in 1998, I think.
It was again the genius of P V Narasimha Rao, that he allowed his world renowned 'Inaction' to intervene and let the situation come to a logical conclusion to deprive the BJP of its most lucrative poll issue forever.
By BJP, above, I refer to the likes of L K Advaniji, not Narendra Modi. NM wins votes on good, nay excellent governance and does not need such issues to be kept alive. Coincidentally, the Godhra Train Burning trial results have come out for all to see. I suspect the case of the post facto riots will also conclude in future and Gujarat & India, can put these issues behind, as bad mistakes and move ahead, united with all communities, castes, religions, genders etc. etc.

Yes!!They still have job in hand oon Kashi,Mathura,Varanasi,hampi in Karnataka!!You do this and BJP will get 3/4th majority in Parliament!!!

As though Christian credibilty got dented when they reconverted Muslims to Christianity in Spain!!Who cares for the credibility,if it is seen as weakness or cowardice?
he center particularly home minister and high command are stone silent on the issue.They did not condemn it or asked home minister savaitha , ace separatist to resign. HOW can any one enter inside the tankbund which has 40 ft entrances only at three places. It looks as if the act is committed to frustrate seema andhraites in to submission and agree for partitioning the state.The center was waiting for andhraites to agree for this.Such a thing will happen after center annihilates every one of us .
But we will not give up protecting the AP state unity till the last drop of our blood. We definitely saw what happened to talibanites when they destroyed Buddha statues in Afganistan.God is watching.People who committed this dusHkarma of destroying 17 statues of all time greats must be worried about possible punishment like it happened to talibanites.
I request seema andhrites never to resort such dushkarmas because the statues of any great man or woman acquire some godly power .Any disrespect to them should be avoided at any cost

For what reason and he is doing this?Muslims will never vote for BJP and they need not also!!Still BJP will get 3/4th maajorityin Lok Sabha if onle E- Voting is allowed alongwith poliing in Booths!!Muslims are miniscule in India with 1 billion Hindus!!
