govt should prepare central database which should have all inforamtion about person from birth to death of all citizens with their hand impressions.at the time of election identity should be checked from main server then person should allow to vote.this will ease to the keep track on each & every one

A candidate who is contesting the election, must be surrounded by an invisible team of observers with camera !
Making use of media to monitor electioneering and taking clue of any mal-practice of any political party from the media news and taking corrective measures by election Commission is very good attempt the Govt. must encourage.
They don't have to worry about it. Laws are tweaked and twisted according to the persons stature in indian society. Media is henchmen of Politicians ill designs. So why to worry. Influential gets the bail, rest gets the......
