It is pathetic that society n govt.made laws neither allow nor permit to die.It is the primary duty of society n the govt.to see that everyone gets medical treatment if it restricts the person to die.It cannot leave in lurch.The govt. should make alll arrangements and facilities the humanbeing to survive.It is serious matter to be pondered over.

No Not in India,No one contributes towards medical help. Yes medical help is available to every one but you have to pay for it. Yes in UK and Europe we do get medical on demand and do not pay any thing even for the largest operations or Hospital care.THERE ARE NO BILLS TO PAY TO THE HOSPITAL OR THE DOCTORS. But that does not mean it is free, we contribute toward National Health Service. NHS contributions are separate from taxes and pension contributions. medical is still paid for but now all money goes to government central funds. There is no such thing as NHS in India. In India you look after your own medical affairs. You pay your bills directly. If you can't then it is not Governments problem it is YOURS. Same as in USA, there is no NHS service but there is medical Insurance so public takes out an insurance policy against medical help. I bet there is medical insurance available in India as well,get a policy out. It is your health and not the governments. WHY SHOULD GOVERNMENT PAY FOR EVERY THING.
In Tamil Nadu, in Myopathy institute started by Napolean (MP), There is treatment for this sort of Disieses. His son suffered with the same and got recovered, keeping that in mind he started this Hospital for Poor with free of Cost.

Being a father of a disabled child, i know the huge financial requirement for their treatmemt. But our govt and is busy and worried about of the coming elections and power. How do they worry about aam aadmi.

Don't think money can buy a new life for these kids.... Money will be swallowed by the family members and middlemen. It will not help these boys...
Instead GOVT and court should consider putting an end to their agonies if the doctors can't help these people like these within a specific time frame. Mercy killing should be legalized in hopeless cases like the ones being reported...

No one is stopping Indians to make money within INDIA. If foreigners can come to come to India and make money so can Indians. GO OUT AND DO SOME WORK INSTEAD OF TAPPING AT THE KEYBOARD.
